Return policy

Guides are liable for each and every one of the tours that they publish.

Users are exclusively responsible for maintaining suitable behaviour during the performance of the Activity and, in particular, they commit to act in accordance with the current legislation and to not commit any act that may be considered criminal. LocalGuide shall not assume any liability whatsoever as a result of the early finalization of the tour by the Guide due to inappropriate conduct by the Traveller or as a consequence of any of the foregoing.

If Guides and/or Travellers cause any damages, they are to reimburse the full cost of the damage caused to the person and/or entity to whom said damage may have been caused. In addition, they are to indemnify LocalGuide for the full amount of any claims presented against LocalGuide by any third parties as a consequence of said damage.

If, due to any cause, the Guide was not able to fulfil the tour booked by the Traveller, LocalGuide shall not assume any liability other than that of carrying out the corresponding reimbursement. The Guide shall be solely liable for any damages that may be derived as a consequence of the foregoing.

In case if you are not satisfied with the quality of the tour, please inform us immediately within 30 days to become eligible for a compensation. We will investigate the case with the Guide and urge him/her to provide a refund. However, we cannot guarantee that the Guide will make a refund and in such a case what we can offer from the side of LocalGuide is a 10% refund of the price of the tour. Please, note that we make records on the quality of tours published on the Platform and the Guides that receive certain number of bad reviews or complaints will be removed from the Platform. Such approach helps us maintain highest level of quality inspite of the fact that we are not liable for the quality of service provided by Suppliers (Guides).
